Head of Safeguarding - Creative Summer camp

The Head of Safeguarding has overall responsibility for children's safeguarding. The Site Managers primary role is to achieve the highest levels of care and organisation.
The head of safegurading will be responsible for:
Ensuring Safety of Property
• Ensure security and safety of the students, and serve as first-call in an emergency
• Develop safety proceduresÂ
• SupervisionÂ
• May supervise other property staff
Essential qualifications:
Qualified primary or secondary teacher
Experience of working with 10-17s in an education or activity setting
Experience of managing a team of staff or volunteers
Leadership and organisational skills
Vibrant, fun, confident personality
Commitment to high quality customer service to parents and children
Willingness to lead front of house activities and to instil excitement and motivation staff and children
Team player with a willingness to adapt
First-Aid trained
Full understanding of child safeguarding procedures
Salary: £1800 (4th August - 19th August)
